Studio photoshoots take place in my home studio.  It’s a very relaxed environment.  Firstly, we have a chat about the type of photos you are wanting and then get settled.  I do use flash photography.  If required we can do studio photoshoots using natural light.

Theses photoshoots take about an hour to complete and we can use props etc if you do have children.  I have a playroom that they are able to use afterwards if you do want a photo on your own or with your partner… its not often parents can get one of themselves together without the kids.

 

Studio include Birthday Cake Smash!!

A great way to celebrate such a big occasion in your childs life is with a great Cake Smash!!!

Its always fun to watch them get good and messy! Capture their face, actions and mess… what a great way to celebrate a milestone in their lives!

What to Expect:

Firstly we’ll take some photos of your child dressed in their special pre smash outfit. These initial images allow your little one time to get used to the studio environment. For boys I recommend shorts or jeans and for girls I have tutu style skirts but please feel free to bring your own outfit.  If you keep me update with the type of outfit and colours you will be using, I will make sure the set is to match.

Cake Smash Clean Up – Bubble Bath!

After all that cake smashing you can expect a big mess! A fun way to clean up afterwards instead of the usual wipe down is to have the baby take a bubble bath in a tub filled to the brim with bubbles! Babies love their baths and all those bubbles add to the fun. 

It is also a good idea to bring an outfit to take your little one home in and a drink and snack for them as well as spare clothes for you in case a cuddle is wanted half way through!

You are also welcome to use my facitilites afterwards to make sure your little one is completely clean, bathed and relaxed as they tend to get exhausted afterwards very quickly
